On page 139 I showed you this stock: Dynamic Materials (BOOM). As of June 31, 2005 it trading at well over $40 a share. Based on the method in the book, the entree point, the time to buy was at $5.00. So far it has risen more than 900%!

You can learn to trade successfully with this same knowledge. You can know when the insiders are making their moves on a stock and profit with them.

Now a good strategy is to remove your original investment in the stock once it hits the 100% mark. So let’s use that and look at what a “what if”.

What if you had invested just $500 at the break of the Base line; that would be a $500.00 investment in 100 shares of BOOM. When it hit $10 you made 100% return so what if you sold 50 shares to recover you initial investment of $500 which you used to buy other stocks (or paid off some other debts). Now there is no possible way for you to lose any money; anything you make after this is pure profit. At the close of today when I got this chart BOOM was selling for $41.23. Multiply that by the 50 share you still hold and you would have $2,061.50 pure profit. Now that’s your money do all the hard work for you. Even with you original money out, you made over 410% return! That’s getting rich smart!
